With 16 years of experience at the Bar, he now specialises exclusively in real estate law, primarily in litigation.

Initially trained in criminal law, Thomas LEBARBIER is a graduate of the Institute of Criminology and a former law lecturer at the Réseau des Grandes Ecoles Spécialisées. He discovered his passion for property law through practice.

He deals with all matters relating to joint ownership, such as challenges to resolutions or general meetings, disputes between joint owners and recovery of joint ownership fees. He also assists joint owners’ trustees and helps project managers and owners with summary proceedings and the opening of expert reports. He is also experienced in disputes relating to the sale of real estate, such as broker’s commission, claims and nullity.
